Refund & Return Policy
At Prairie Dust, your dog’s safety and satisfaction are our top priorities. Due to pet safety concerns regarding food-related products, we do not accept returns unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it. If the item is damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@prairiedustdog.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will offer a refund or replacement for any damaged or incorrect items.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our product, we cannot accept returns on opened or unopened food items unless they arrive damaged or defective. We prioritize the safety of your pets, and we are unable to restock and resell any food products that have left our warehouse.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for food products. If your product was damaged or defective, we will gladly replace it.
Refunds
If your return is approved due to damage or defects, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected the item. If the refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
